
This digital temperature sensor is great for your microcontroller project. The reading is fairly accurate with ±0.5°C accuracy within -10°C to +85°C temperature range.
With 1-wire interface, you can connect multiple sensors to the same pin and each sensor has a unique ID so that you can differentiate them.
This is by far one of the most simplest sensor to hookup to your Raspberry Pi. It is supported directly by the Raspbian Linux distribution kernel.
