This cooling fan is designed specifically for Odroid-N2+. It fits the on-board 2-pin fan connector and 4 mounting points underneath the heatsink. While it is not necessary to use this fan under a normal operating condition, it is a great accessory if you face thermal throttling or if you are keen to do overclocking.
4 mounting screws are included that double as standoff to raise the setup slightly for a good airflow. The fan does not spin all the time with the official Odroid OS image. It will only activates once it hits a certain temperature threshold.
