Other than the regular microSD card, Odroid board can run from eMMC module as well. eMMC has a much higher performance than the microSD card. It is reported that eMMC performance can go up to ~7x faster than a Class 10 microSD card in read tests. If performance is an important factor for you, eMMC storage is the way to go.
This is a 128GB eMMC module with OS pre-loaded for Odroid board. It is fully tested to work so that you don't have to worry about compatibility issue.
This card is ready to run out of box. To use it, just plug the module correctly and boot your Odroid. Make sure you choose the correct target board and OS when you purchase.
To reformat or re-image the eMMC with another PC, you will need the following item which are sold separately:
Take note:Only the official Linux (with Desktop) or Android OS image will be loaded. Whenever possible, we will put in the latest released 64-bit version. Regretfully, we are unable to load third party OS image.
