
Non-contact distance measurement using ultrasonic sound is widely used in real-life, for example in a radar or in a car reverse sensor. This is a sensor module that can be used to measure distance from an object by emitting inaudible ultrasonic soundwave and listening for the echo when it bounces back.

How to use the sensor:
Take note that this is a 5V module. If you are using a 3.3V board (like a Raspberry Pi), you need a logic level converter or a voltage divider circuit to bring down the voltage.
