The Odroid-C5 runs on a 2.5GHz, quad-core ARM Cortrex-A55 S905X5M SoC from Amlogic with 4 GB DDR4 SDRAM on board. It maintains the same form factor as Odroid-C4 with its 'credit-card' size board and 40-pin dual row expansion header.
This board can run Ubuntu Linux (micro SD card card or eMMC) or Android (eMMC only) operating system.
This board has a noticeable performance increase but at the same time has reduced power consumption (over 25%) compared to Odroid-C4.
All USB ports on the ODROID-C5 only support up to USB 2.0 high-speed devices and no USB 3.0 support due to SoC design constraints.
