A small fan that can be used to cool down mini PCs like the Raspberry Pi and others. This fan has two leads that can be connected to GPIO pins. The red lead is for power (5V) and black to the ground. These leads are separated, so you do not necessarily have connect them next to each other. This give you flexibility to utilize pins that are far from each other. This fan is rated as 5V. Connection to 3.3V will still turn the fan albeit at a slower speed.
