Get this adapter and use it with your micro USB power supply to power USB-C board like the Raspberry Pi 4.
USB-C is targeted to replace all other existing USB connectors (Mini-B, Micro-B, Type A etc.) making it a single USB connector for all. The Type-C receptacle is smaller than the standard A and it is symmetrical. It means, unlike existing USB connectors, you do not have to worry about plugging it upside down as it is reversible and can work both ways. Manufacturers are slowly making transition to the USB-C and you can find it in a lot of newer digital devices such as mobile phones, tablets and laptops.
This adapter converts a micro-B to male USB-C. To use it, plug a standard Micro USB cable into the end (female port) of the adapter, then place the Type C male connection (the other end of the adapter) into a Type C port. You can use it to power or charge USB-C device with the old micro USB charger/power adapter.
Be mindful that this is a passive adapter. It is for power only and does not support data transfer and On-The-Go (OTG) function.
Take note that the design and colour of this adapter might change without notice.
