The micro:bit uses an edge connector as the main interface to external components. It supports various type of interfaces which include analog, digital, PWM, serial and touch interfaces.
This breakout board is designed for easier access to microbit's pins. To use it, insert the microbit firmly to the socket on the breakout board. Make sure you follow the correct orientation as shown in the picture gallery. The breakout board can be plugged on a standard breadboard. The pin function is marked on the breakout board so that you know your connection.
