If you need a good cooling solution for your Pi 4, this could be the one for you. This product is made of high quality cast aluminium top and bottom designed to sandwich your Raspberry Pi board. The aluminium pieces have bumps on the inner side right above the SoC and LAN chip as well as under the memory chip. Thermal pads are included for you to stick on these bumps so that they make good contact with the chips on the Pi for better heat transfer. Effectively, this chassis serves as an active heatsink, spreading the heat away from your Pi.
The top part has two small fan attached to it to blow the heat away. Pay attention to the connection of the fans to the Pi's GPIO pin. The red wire connects to the pin number 4 (5V) and the black wire to pin number 6 (GND).
