This is a 1.5 meter long, good quality CAT6 ethernet cable. CAT6 cable is an upgrade from CAT5E cable and it is also backward compatible. There are many network/internet capable devices such as a laptop, Raspberry Pi or any other SBCs that has RJ45 socket which can use this cable.
To get connected, just plug one end of the cable to the ethernet port of the device and the other end to a hub/router or RJ45 wall jack.
