This is a 1.5 meter long, good quality CAT5E ethernet cable. There are many network/internet capable devices such as a laptop, Raspberry Pi or BeagleBone Black that has RJ45 socket which can use this cable.
To get connected, just plug one end of the cable to the ethernet port of the device and the other end to a hub/router or RJ45 wall jack.
