This is a small 3.3V power supply module that you can use for your project. It uses AMS1117-3.3 chip, a fixed voltage regulator.
There are two-pin headers soldered on the shorter sides of the board for input and output connection which are labelled appropriately. Since this is a step-down module, the input voltage (Vin) has to be higher than the output voltage (Vout). The input voltage has to be at least 4.5V and up to 7V. Take care that the connected load should not exceed 800mA.
There is a power LED to indicate that the input voltage is connected. There are also two holes on the board for mounting.
