There are many devices that depend on USB port for power delivery. You might want to run them simultaneously but having multiple power supplies is a clutter and not practical especially in a portable setup. This small yet interesting board could potentially solve your power problem. It can power up to three USB devices with a single 5V DC power supply.
It accepts a single 5V DC input from 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel jack and have the output splitted to 3 regular USB ports. It is also possible to solder the input voltage directly to the positive and negative terminals on the board. The board is capable of a maximum 2A output current, depending on input current.
To top it all off, the board is enclosed in a nice, transparent acrylic case.
We use this device when we want to run multipe Raspberry Pis or Arduinos and sometimes to charge our phones and tablets with a single wall socket.
You need a good 5V power supply which is not included. You may get a 5V DC power supply from our store.
